Radiators:
Radiators are supplied fully pressure tested. Care needs to be taken when moving and installing radiators as any knock, bang or mishandling can result in the radiator leaking for which the Company cannot be held responsible for or for any consequential loss or costs incurred.
Corrosive/acidic/caustic plumbing compounds or liquids are NOT to be used on or in any part of our radiators, our valves or connections including aggressive flushing agents.
If required, the system should be flushed with clean water only. The water in the system must be neutralised correctly following the use of any compounds etc if required using appropriate crystals or similar. If caustic and/or corrosive compounds have been introduced into the system this will result damage to seals/gaskets.
When a chemical cleanser is used it must be thoroughly flushed from the system. We recommend using a chemicals product that is not acid based and should not affect seals. After treatments the water should be checked for a neutral PH between 7 – 8.
System design, flushing and dosing must be in accordance with BS 5449, 1990, BS EN 12828:2003 and BS 7593.
Following this procedure the system must be closed with a sufficient Corrosion Inhibitor suitable for the water quantity in your system.
Ensure the minimum correct levels of inhibitor are present at all times to prevent corrosion take into account the particular metals within the system.
Appropriate inhibitor should be used in conjunction with manufacturer’s instructions and appropriate quantities must be used for the water content of the system.
We recommend that our radiators are fitted by a qualified heating engineer or qualified plumber. We also recommend that your boiler is serviced annually.

Nationwide Pallet Service: Using a third party pallet delivery service suitable for larger and heavier items. This service is offered in the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a KERBSIDE DELIVERY. Which means the driver will get the pallet as close as possible to where the customer requires, in as far as it can be reached by the lorry (if there is no parking area or the driveway too narrow, the item(s) may be left on the street kerb) The pallet will then be offloaded and left with the contents still on the pallet. It will not be further moved, offloaded, unwrapped or otherwise manhandled by the delivery person. Off loading for single and double pallets is normally done by the use of the lorry’s tail lift.
Delivery can occur at any time of day, so unless authority is given to leave the pallet in a secure off-road location, someone will need to be there to receive the pallet. You must advise us prior to delivery of any access issues, to ensure we can make the delivery.
Please contact us for a quote.
