We offer a range of delivery methods tailored to suit the size and nature of your order. Here’s a simple breakdown of how your items might reach you:

Parcel Delivery (via FedEx)

Ideal for: Butcher’s blocks, chopping boards, and smaller items under 25kg.
We use FedEx for smaller items, and you’ll receive a tracking link via text using the phone number you provide at checkout. Quick, easy, and traceable from our door to yours.

Dedicated Local Delivery

Ideal for: Furniture, garden decor, interiors, and greenhouses.
If you're in our local area, one of our team will deliver your order using our own vehicle - a small lorry or Luton van with a tail lift. This service is perfect for safely delivering larger or more delicate items like our greenhouses.

Dedicated Nationwide Delivery

Ideal for: Larger items delivered outside our local area.
For longer-distance deliveries, we work with a trusted third-party courier who collects from us and delivers to your address with care and attention.

Pallet Delivery (via Third-Party Courier)

Ideal for: Bricks, flooring, slabs, and some larger furniture items.
This service allows us to deliver bulkier or heavier items nationwide. A third-party pallet courier will handle the delivery, offering broader reach and convenient offloading.

Dedicated Lorry with Forklift (HIAB or Moffett Style)

Ideal for: Large building projects or bulk deliveries of materials or furniture.
For big orders that require offloading - especially where there’s no forklift on site—we can arrange delivery using a lorry equipped with a mini forklift. We’ll call to arrange this kind of delivery, or if you know you need it, please let us know when ordering. Don’t worry, we won’t just turn up with a big lorry unannounced!
