Wirecut bricks are a dense, smooth faced brick whose name derives from the 'wirecut' method from which the bricks were made. This traditional wirecut method involves the bricks being cut from large blocks of clay using wire, then being fired in kilns.
We like to have a large supply of around 30,000 wirecut bricks in stock.
We buy old barns that we carefully strip by hand in order to salvage as much timber as we can.
